Role and Responsibilities: As the Lead Product Manager, I played a pivotal role in driving the development and success of the MIMS Education mobile platform. My responsibilities included planning, executing, and overseeing all phases of the project, from ideation to deployment. I coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure that the app met user needs and achieved business goals.
Key Challenges: One of the main challenges was launching the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from the start. I was able to finalize the project requirements by focusing on delivering the highest value and most important features, allowing users to accomplish the essential core services of the app. Additionally, spearheading the product roadmap for 2024 and 2025 after the MVP and several releases was crucial to align with business objectives, driving extrinsic benefits of the mobile app and increasing engagement and conversion rates to 21%.
Solutions and Innovations:
Solid Product Roadmap Strategy: Developed a comprehensive product roadmap for 2024-2025, covering ideation, validation, and definition phases.
Incremental Product Improvement: Successfully deployed four project release versions, each providing incremental improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
Event Engagement: Engaged in live events to promote the app, resulting in a 200% increase in users who downloaded the app.
Results and Impact:
Monthly User Adoption: Achieved an average monthly user adoption rate of 500 new users following the initial launch.
High Conversion Rates: Enrolled usersโ metric conversion rate increased to 21%.
High CSAT Score: Achieved a Customer Satisfaction score of 80% in survey feedback, indicating a high level of user satisfaction.
Key Takeaways: This project reinforced the importance of a user-centered approach and iterative development. Engaging with users through live events and incorporating their feedback into product releases proved invaluable. The experience highlighted the effectiveness of a solid product roadmap in achieving long-term success.

Dr. Smith needs a mobile app that provides access to high-quality educational content, allows him to track his progress, and ultimately helps him achieve certifications efficiently.
Features:
User Authentication:
Users, such as Dr. Smith, can create accounts, log in securely, and manage their profiles.
Course Catalog:
A comprehensive catalog of medical courses categorized by specialty, including topics such as cardiology, oncology, neurology, etc.
Course Content:
Interactive modules with video lectures, quizzes, and downloadable resources for each course.

Development Process:
Requirements Gathering and Product Management:
Understand the target audience, their needs, and the content required for medical courses. Create product requirements in JIRA creating product roadmap, product backlog, each tickets has task background, user story, task requirement, logic conditions, UI wireframes, acceptance criteria with (test cases).
Design:
Create an intuitive and user-friendly interface, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
Development:
Implementing Hybrid Agile and Waterfall to deliver each releases in a month or two sprint duration. working with Front End mobile developers, QA resources and API Dev backend developers. increment sprint releases after completion. Setup Sprint retrospective each releases completed.
Testing:
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the app is bug-free, responsive, and meets security standards.
Releases/Deployment:
Launch the app on iOS and Android platforms, making it available for download from respective app stores.
Marketing and Outreach:
Promote the app through medical conferences, marketing emails, cohort messages via mobile notifications, and partnerships with medical institutions.
Feedback and Iteration:
Gather user feedback, analyze app performance, and make continuous improvements based on user suggestions collected from Surveys.
