KYC Loan Application System
I designed and developed a no-code KYC (Know Your Customer) loan application system to streamline how bank customers apply for loans online. The solution enables customers to register, enter their basic personal information, and submit all required loan application details—including loan amount, loan purpose, monthly income, and supporting identification data. Once submitted, each application is automatically added to the bank’s internal loan application management dashboard, where admins can view the status, date submitted, and all customer-provided information in a structured format.
This project demonstrates my ability to design and implement end-to-end digital workflows, create operational efficiency, and rapidly deliver functional tools using no-code platforms. It highlights how thoughtful UX and process design can transform manual loan onboarding into a seamless, trackable, and scalable digital experience.
